A. Four sets of: Halting Front Squats x 6 reps @31X1 (75% 1RM)
Rest 3 minutes

B. Against a 12-minute running clock, complete:

1000 Meter Row (buy in) —-
As many rounds and reps as possible of:
40 Wall Ball Shots
30 Double-Unders
20 Ring Dips
