I think that it would very interesting to implement an e-waste recycling program on campus or in the Delaware community. Not only is e-waste a growing problem in the world, recycling it isn’t as easy as it seems. Several “E-waste recycling centers” or programs, aren’t very honest what happens to e-waste that is sent there. This video about e-waste recycling plants is a report from 60 minutes that took place in 2008. It would be interesting to explore how to responsibly and ethically recycle e-waste and to make sure it just doesn’t become another person’s problem.
