I’m 22 and on the verge of completing my undergraduate coursework at Ohio Wesleyan(December 2010). After OWU I hope to pursue a career in local government, perhaps as a future city manager. In April of this year my fiance and I became the parents of a lovely baby girl named Audrey Ella McDonald. She’s beautiful and a lot of fun. We really enjoy parenthood.
My hometown is tiny (pop. of 2,200) and the people there are very conservative, save my parents and a handful of others. It’s considered a village since it takes a population of greater than 5,000 to be deemed a city. So the Village of Cardington has one stoplight, a gas station, a couple banks, and two pizza shops. No one famous hails from Cardington. The village once made national news in 1980 after a tornado demolished much of the infrastructure and killed about a dozen people.
Here’s a picture of my daughter, Audrey:
