March- meet with contacts, conduct and film interviews, and speak with people in surrounding areas.

Through making a documentary we plan to uncover the pros, cons, and process of the organization of slow food and urban farming in the city of Columbus.In addition to the producers of the foods, interviews with slow food consumers, concerning how the community has responded to and why they choose to eat slow food.
