I think that I can go ahead and pretty much confirm my project subject as how has climate change affected the population of ducks in central ohio. I did something kind of similar to this this summer in Costa Rica by using surveys of people who lived on the edge of a national park to say how many animals they saw compared to what they saw in the past. I will do this with some people around here and I can definitely get the limits placed on each hunter for the past several years, which should tell me a lot about the overall populations of the animals because the Fish and Wildlife Agency decides those limits based on the overall populations of the species. I do need to find a few older hunters around here but I don’t think it would be very hard to do. I will make the necessary contacts this week and repot on what I find next wednesday.
Some good ole boys I go huntin with in Arkansas after a few hours in the blind, not a bad day.
